Painting: Gouache on paper 18X18. A subject I am familiar with, their strength and beauty touch my soul. I have also photographed this painting in black and white.

I've been painting and drawing most of my life, except for the part where I trained and showed beautiful dressage horses. They will always be a wonderful reference and works of art. My education in fine arts helps keep me open minded about many different styles and mediums I can use to express myself. My personal creativity in art is eclectic, and I never know which direction I will go next, always looking for a new experience. I live in Southern California with my husband, two horses, two dogs, two cats, sort of a domestic Noah's ark, and various other creatures.
